- If you have not submitted your claim for processing, please submit your bill using our preferred method using our Electronic Payer Id: 67788.
- If your office doesn’t send bills electronically then please submit your bills via email to: claims@nahga.com
Our preferred method is to be billed electronically using our Electronic Payer ID 67788. By submitting bills electronically, it reduces expenses associated with paper and postage. Additionally, it comes to us in real-time which mitigates the potential of mail getting lost in transit.

Questions regarding claim specifics can be emailed to customerservice@nahgaclaims.com. Please include the claimant’s name, address, date of birth, date of service, and total charge.
- Select the View Claims or use the Claims Menu
- After entering your search criteria into the applicable boxes, press the View Report Button and claims will appear
- Claims are displayed and the Status portion of the display will list the following:
- Processed – claim has been processed and an EOB is available for viewing *
- Unprocessed – claim has been received but has not yet been processed. Please check back in a few days for processing *
- Denied – the claim was considered and benefits were not payable
- Duplicate – claim has previously been considered. A duplicate submission was received *
*Please click on the hyperlinked Claim Number to view the details on the Explanation of Benefits
- If the Claim # is hyperlinked then an EOB is available for view
- If the Claim # is greyed out then the claim has not been processed
Under the Claim Menu once you press the View Report Button, claims are displayed and can be viewed by clicking the hyperlinked claim number and an EOB will display
